While we build our products to last a lifetime, occasionally one breaks or develops a problem. In most cases, these can be easily repaired and go on to provide years of good service. If you case is under warranty, or not, simply return the case to us along with the repair form below. Be sure to write REPAIR in large letters on the outside of the box. This is essentially an RMA number that will allow your package to be accepted on our dock. Also, we recommend you only send by UPS or FedEx as these two methods are wholly trackable and insured. USPS is not trackable door to door.
We try and make all repairs within one week, but occasionally it can take longer. If you have a specific time sensitive issue, please let us know. Be sure your repair form is complete, or your order will be delayed. If you have had prior repairs by someone other than us, be advised that we may not be able to make the repair, or the costs could be substantially higher. We do not repair products that we didn't make, and we don't sell parts or materials.
Our general repair rate for out of warranty products is $30/hour plus shipping, with a 30 minute minimum. This includes parts and materials. The most common repair is for a bad zipper which usually takes one hour to replace. It can be longer for large cases like harps or basses.
