All stock products may be returned for a full refund if they do not fit or meet your expectations.  Returns must include all original tags, labels, bags and packaging. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless we shipped you the wrong item, or the item is deffective.


Custom products are not returnable.  If there is a problem with a custom product, contact us immediately.  If it is determined that the problem is a result of our process, and not your tracings/forms/measurements, then we will replace the product or issue you a refund at our discretion. Custom products include stock patterns ordered with custom options or custom colors. Fit problems must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.


If your shipment arrives damaged, or the wrong product arrives, you must notify us within 72 hours. Failure to do this may result in you losing your rights to file a claim for damages or loss.


All other issues must be reported to us within 30 days of delivery.  Do not return any product to us without first receiving a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.  Packages received without an RMA will be refused at our dock, and returned to the sender.  You may be charged by the carrier for return postage, and you will have to re-ship the package again at your own cost.
